Company Drinks was first developed as an art commission by artist Kathrin Böhm, developed through the Create Art Award as Company: Movements, Deals and Drinks. As Chief Curator at Create London, I worked with Kathrin in the project's early stages.

Rooted in the history of hop-picking by east London communities, the work reconnected people with local green spaces and nearby countryside. Today it is a permanent community space, social enterprise and expanding network of collaborators, based in Barking Park.
